Linda Thomas-Greenfield, Assistant Secretary Bureau of African Affairs, who was a Consular Officer in Lagos, Nigeria in 1984, helped an artist Tunde Odunlade to get a visa to the United State.
Mr. Odunlade recognized Linda when they were both panelists for a discussion on the Chibok girls, in Washington DC, 32 years after their first encounter.
